Our Federal Government client is seeking to engage an APS3 Web Content Support officer on a contract for 3 months.
**Position Overview**
**Duties & Responsibilities**:
- Working as part of a team, the APS3 Web Content Support Officer will be:_
- Changing book titles and summaries so book pages are linked to a book in the search index
- Adding topic and audience tags to all content making the search filters useful
- Creating collections and tagging all relevant content to be part of a collection (potentially around 200-300 pages), specifically for medical device content
- Tidy up legacy web pages - including removing 'supporting documents' where the image or attachment is already in the body of page, moving version histories from the page to the version history field, changing old format tables of contents to the new format
- Fixing content types - mainly changing 'publications' to 'Guidance' and vice versa. Also moving some news content to core content pages and rebuilding the correct content type
- Identify and fixing duplicate titles, including adding meaningful summaries
- Adding summaries to approximately 250 pages that don't have one (pages, resources, publications only)
- Locating relevant image and upload to the S19 (shortages) content - we need to manually add these images to the database entries
- Adding publication or last updated dates to all content
- Creating version histories and adding review dates as content is confirmed current by business areas
- Adding magnets to pages where these will be useful
- Assisting with the monitoring of the feedback inbox and resolution of simple issues (fix broken links, missing attachments).
