About the Role
Love keeping things moving? As our Logistics Coordinator, you will be the go‐to person for everything inbound and outbound – planning shipments, preparing goods for dispatch, coordinating deliveries, and supporting inventory management. Every day brings something different, from solving logistical puzzles to making sure our customers get their orders on time.
You will work closely with Production, Sales, Service, and Supply Chain teams, helping operations run smoothly and efficiently. If you are organised, hands‐on, and enjoy seeing the real impact of your work, this role is made for you.
You will be in a full‐time role with flexible working hours based at our office in Bentley. Due to the nature of the role, you will be 100% based at our facility in Bentley.
Day‐to‐Day Responsibilities
* Coordinating inbound deliveries from suppliers to keep stock flowing
* Planning, preparing, and dispatching outbound shipments to customers
* Booking couriers and freight, domestically and internationally
* Preparing, verifying, and filing all shipping documentation
* Supporting Inventory and Materials Controllers with stock allocation, put‐away, stocktakes, and cycle count
* Monitoring shipments and providing updates to internal teams and customers
* Ensuring all shipments meet company standards, compliance, and customer requirements
* Maintaining accurate records in the ERP system
* Troubleshooting logistics issues and resolving discrepancies proactively
About You
Qualifications
* Certification III or higher in Supply Chain, Logistics, or similar
* Training or certification to work with Dangerous Goods (Lithium)
* Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role
* Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise multiple daily shipments
* High attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in orders, documentation, and shipment preparation
* Effective communication skills for liaising with suppliers, couriers, customers, and internal teams
* Problem‐solving ability to resolve freight delays, delivery issues, and documentation discrepancies
* Sound understanding of logistics and supply chain processes, particularly outbound distribution
* Ability to work under pressure in a fast‐paced environment
* Competence in using ERP or WMS systems, courier portals, and Microsoft Office (especially Excel) for tracking and reporting
* Knowledge of shipping documentation and compliance requirements (domestic and international)
* Customer service mindset with a focus on delivery performance and satisfaction
* Ability to safely perform manual handling and operate warehouse equipment
* Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within cross‐functional teams
