About The Role
We have an exciting full-time opportunity for a friendly and organised Medical Receptionist. As the welcoming face of our clinics, you'll provide exceptional service to patients and visitors in a fast‐paced medical environment. You must be available to work shifts between 7:00am and 8:30pm Monday to Friday.

What You'll Do
* Manage patient bookings via phone (inbound & outbound)
* Deliver outstanding patient care & service
* Support referrers and medical professionals with queries
* Handle admin, results, billing & reception tasks
* Work flexibly across call centre and reception shifts
What We're Looking For
* A people‐first attitude with strong customer service skills
* Great communication, detail focus & multitasking ability
* A positive, team‐oriented approach
* Medical admin knowledge a bonus – but not essential
* Customer service experience required
* Proven ability to work under pressure
* Experience as a medical receptionist or familiarity with medical terminology is a plus (but not required)
* A positive attitude and team spirit are essential in our collaborative environment
