**Technology Service Owner, One Bank Platform (OBP) - Mortgages Lending & Origination Technology**

The team is responsible for all aspects of technology support (service management, delivery, risk, finance and vendor management) for OBP Domain/Village.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- A Technology Service Owner is a team member responsible for defining the day-to-day activities of the OBP domain, prioritisation of work and ensuring delivery, giving guidance and clearing the way to execute
- Working with the systems support team, leveraging their craft/capability to drive the desired operational outcomes
- Manage Juno issues and incidents related to mortgages lending systems and technology environment
- Working collaboratively with the team and stakeholders, by incorporating feedback when appropriate
- Exuding passion and energy to foster enthusiasm among the support squad in bringing the vision to life

**Key Accountabilities**:
- Accountable for end-to-end service management, risk, delivery and financials
- Actively manage the technology assets including production support coverage, licence/contract renewals, certificate renewals and any other technology issues.
- Provide guidance to key business stakeholders and Service Management team (L1/L2) to foster the right standard of engagement, communication (and management of expectations), issue management and ultimately satisfaction with the activities of technology
- Actively manage supplier/3rd party partners and vendors
- Ensuring the activities of the village remain within risk appetite
- People leadership accountabilities, including developing strategic workforce plans and developing capability and a more consistent standard of delivery
- Build a highly engaged workforce through role modelling Westpac's leadership standard and fostering the same standard of leadership down through the organisation
**Success Metrics**:
- Strong enduring relationships with key stakeholders
- Trusted technology advisor and thought leader to stakeholders
- Leverage automation and engineering design principles to drive productivity & quality benefits enabling faster, cheaper and more consistent outcomes
**Key skills required**:
- 10+ years delivery and service management experience on large platforms including offshore teams
- 4+ years end to end Application management experience
- ITIL certification is preferred
- Vendor and partner relationship management
- Strong risk and issue management leadership experience
- Ability to manage complex stakeholder and partner relationships
- Ability to negotiate compromises and difficult situations to achieve outcomes
