We are seeking a qualified and dedicated Diabetes Educator to join a leading health service in the Northern Territory, delivering culturally secure and comprehensive primary health care across remote communities.

- Salary up to $107,107.65/year plus 12% superannuation
- 3–6 month fixed-term contract OR permanent full-time role

As a Diabetes Educator, you will:
- Deliver high-quality, individualised diabetes education and management across communities
- Work closely with RANs, Aboriginal Health Practitioners, and a multidisciplinary team
- Provide leadership, mentoring, and support to health staff
- Promote effective chronic disease management and patient-centred care
- Manage MBS claims where appropriate

What You’ll Bring
- Current AHPRA registration as a qualified health professional
- Accredited Diabetes Educator (or eligibility) with proven experience in diabetes/chronic disease care
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage a mobile workload
- Unrestricted manual driver’s licence
- National Police Clearance + OCHRE Card (or ability to obtain)
- Full Australian working rights
