The Opportunity
You will play a key role in keeping the People & Culture team running smoothly, delivering efficient and high-quality administrative support that drives daily operations. In this dynamic role, you'll work collaboratively with colleagues, contributing to the achievement of departmental goals while ensuring processes run seamlessly and stakeholders receive exceptional service.
You Will
* Provide quality customer-focused P&C receptionist services, fielding and responding to a range of general P&C queries via telephone, email, online and face‐to‐face.
* Provide administrative and operational support to the Employee Services Officers (ESO) and Senior Business Partners, including general correspondence, record keeping, meeting scheduling, transacting financials, communications, generating reports and systems support. This may also include support to the wider People and Culture team, especially routine office tasks that ensure the smooth functioning of the P&C office.

You're an enthusiastic and motivated early‐career HR professional eager to develop your skills. You approach tasks with initiative, tackle problems thoughtfully, and manage competing priorities efficiently. With strong organisational skills and a willingness to learn, you communicate clearly and confidently, both verbally and in writing, building positive relationships with colleagues and stakeholders across the organisation.
You will possess:
* Completion of a relevant qualification with relevant subsequent experience in administration or people and culture environment, or an equivalent combination of experience, education and training.
* Sound knowledge and interest in contemporary human resource principles, with an emphasis on proficiency of processes and techniques and an understanding of how they interact with other functions within a corporate environment.
* Demonstrated capacity to provide high‐detail administrative support, well‐developed computing skills and the ability to produce accurate documents across a range of software applications, particularly Microsoft Office Suite, and to learn new systems.
* Excellent interpersonal, organisational, and written communication skills, with proven strengths in delivering high‐quality customer service in a busy office environment, and the ability to work independently in line with priorities and deadlines.
