About the role

The Digital Account Manager plays a pivotal role within our company, joining our highly talented Client Services Department. Drawing from experience in a digital marketing background, you will be client-focused and have the ability to plan, implement and manage workflow and communicate our industry-leading solutions to our clients.

Commercial acumen is critical in this role, and you'll have the ability to proactively communicate with a range of clients. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of an agency delivering quality at a high service level for our clients across varying industries. The ability to connect, build rapport and provide solutions to clients is key. This is not a sales position. The role is supported by a nurturing high-performance team and backed by data and metrics that will show you how your clients are performing, allowing you to make decisions with confidence.

You will need the following skills and experience:

* A minimum of three years of relevant digital marketing experience with a preference given to SEO and Performance Media
* SEO, SEM, CRO, Programmatic, and Social Media product knowledge
* Working knowledge of Google Products including Analytics 4 & Looker Studio
* Strong time management and organisation skills
* Great communication skills, maturity, and resilience
* Strong sense of commercial acumen
* The successful applicant will normally have a relevant qualification equivalent to an Australian Bachelor Degree or higher, alternatively Bonfire will consider at least five years of relevant experience as equivalent to that qualification

The tasks and duties of the role include:

* Supporting client business growth and development through the preparation and execution of advertising objectives, policies and programs
* Carrying out market research to identify market opportunities for new and existing goods and services
* Researching potential demand for goods and services and collecting and analysing data and other statistical information
* Advising clients on advertising strategies and campaigns to reach target markets and promote and increase consumer awareness of goods and services
* Developing and coordinating production of advertising campaigns
* Applying statistical modelling methods to determine the potential impact of advertising strategies on profitability
* Monitoring performance of advertising campaigns, providing regular reporting and insights as required
* Analysing data from digital marketing campaigns and platforms
* Recommending updates to digital content to improve search engine metrics
