About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Corporate Property Specialist to join our team. This permanent full-time position will play a key part in managing a diverse property portfolio, including commercial and residential assets.
Key Responsibilities:
* Maintain and update property records, systems, and ensure the accuracy of lease and rental data.
* Manage rental payments, including arrears, overpayments, rent increases, and property-related invoice processing.
* Liaise with internal stakeholders and third-party managers to support leases, renewals, maintenance, and repairs.
* Support budgeting, forecasting, and annual reporting processes related to property, staff housing, and car parking.
* Negotiate and prepare new lease agreements, renewals, and special conditions with lessors, tenants, and solicitors.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Experience in commercial/residential real estate, with a strong grasp of lease interpretation and property legislation.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage confidently with stakeholders at all levels.
* A strategic and analytical mindset, with a proven ability to solve problems and identify improvement opportunities.
* Strong attention to detail, with a track record of maintaining accurate, compliant documentation and systems.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management systems, with experience in SAP considered an advantage.
* A tertiary qualification in a relevant field (e.g., Real Estate, Business, Finance) and a valid driver's licence.
