About the Role
We are a trusted, female dentist-owned practice in the heart of Concord, proudly serving our community for over 30 years. Our reputation is built on ethics, integrity, and long-standing patient trust - values we uphold in every interaction.
As our practice continues to grow, we are seeking a motivated, high-performing Oral Health Therapist to join our team 1 day per week (Wednesday), with the potential for additional days in the future.
This is a role for someone who wants to build a meaningful professional niche, contribute to a high-achieving team, and help elevate the visibility, reputation, and long-term value of the practice.
Daily Responsibilities
You will play a key role in delivering excellent care, strengthening patient relationships, and contributing to the practice's growth. Your responsibilities include:
* Providing high-quality oral health therapy for patients of all ages
* Delivering children's dentistry, including preventive care, behaviour guidance, and early oral health education
* Assisting the dentist in early evaluation of jaw growth and development, including identifying future orthodontic needs
* Performing non-complex restorative dentistry for adults, within your clinical scope
* Offering dietary, lifestyle, and general-health advice to support long-term oral health outcomes
* Providing periodontal therapy and maintenance, including care for patients with periodontal disease and dental implants
* Maintaining accurate clinical records and adhering to infection control protocols

Qualifications & Requirements
* Bachelor of Oral Health
* Current AHPRA registration
* Ability to obtain and maintain:
o National Police Check
o Working With Children Check
o Current First Aid & CPR certification
