We're looking for a Marketing & Events Manager to take ownership of our marketing channels and lead the strategy, planning and delivery of our corporate events and networks.
The Role
This is a hands‐on, end‐to‐end role for a proactive marketer who loves both strategy and execution. You'll be responsible for managing BROOK's owned marketing channels, building automated CRM journeys, and delivering high-quality corporate events that drive brand awareness, engagement and commercial outcomes.
You'll work closely with the CEO, BD Manager and recruiters to position BROOK as a trusted authority in the recruitment market while creating memorable experiences for our community.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing & Brand
* Own and manage BROOK's owned channels including website, email marketing, social media and LinkedIn.
* Develop and execute marketing campaigns to support recruitment, brand growth and new service launches.
* Create engaging content using Canva and other tools to maintain a consistent, professional brand presence.
* Manage website updates, landing pages, and basic SEO/content optimisation.
* Build and maintain CRM automation workflows (e.g., email nurture journeys, candidate/client communications).
* Analyse campaign performance and provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
Events & Community
* Lead end-to-end delivery of BROOK's corporate networking events and industry initiatives.
* Develop event concepts, themes and formats aligned with business objectives.
* Source and negotiate venues, suppliers, and event partners.
* Identify, approach and secure speakers and panellists.
* Manage event marketing, ticket sales, registrations and attendee communications.
* Coordinate logistics on the day to ensure a seamless, high‐quality experience.
* Evaluate event performance and ROI, providing recommendations for future improvements.
About You
* Proven B2B marketing experience, ideally in professional services, recruitment, consulting, or a related industry.
* Proven experience across marketing channels (email, website, social media, LinkedIn).
* Strong experience with CRM systems and marketing automation.
* Confident using Canva (or similar tools) for content creation and brand assets.
* Demonstrated experience managing events end-to-end, from ideation to delivery.
* Commercial mindset with the ability to drive ticket sales, sponsorships and engagement.
* Strong project management and organisational skills, with the ability to juggle multiple initiatives.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Comfortable working in a fast‐paced, boutique environment where you'll have ownership and autonomy.
