Paper Avenue Café is a busy and well-established café known for quality food and friendly service. We are seeking a reliable and experienced full-time Cook to join our kitchen team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare and cook menu items according to café standards
* Maintain food quality, portion control, and presentation
* Assist with menu planning and preparation of daily specials
* Monitor stock levels and assist with ordering and stock rotation
* Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards
* Follow workplace health and safety procedures
Skills and Experience Required:
* Minimum 2 years' experience as a Cook
* Relevant cookery qualification (Certificate III or equivalent) or equivalent work experience
* Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Reliable and team-oriented attitude
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $76,515.00 – $80,544.94 per year
