Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Operations Team Manager to lead and allocate resources, drive performance, and foster a safety-first culture in a fast-paced logistics environment.
Main Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage teams to meet service standards and operational targets
* Built strong relationships with customers, subcontractors, and internal teams
* Drive safety-first culture and ensure compliance with transport regulations
* Manage fleet bookings, driver rosters, and operational communications
* Mentor and coach team members to foster a collaborative and capable workforce
* Conduct investigations, audits, and toolbox talks to maintain high standards
Requirements
* Minimum 5 years of experience in transport, logistics, or a related industry
* At least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role
* Strong knowledge of NHVR guidelines, Dangerous Goods regulations, and fatigue management
* Proficiency in MTData, Microsoft Office, and scheduling tools
* Dangerous Goods handling experience and relevant licenses (including Driver's License and Unsupervised Handling License)
