About the Role:
As the Retail Manager, you'll be the driving force behind daily operations—balancing strong retail performance with outstanding customer service. You'll lead by example, training and motivating your team, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and a welcoming environment for every customer.

What We're Looking For:
· Relevant pharmacy retail qualifications Certificate 111 / IV in Community Pharmacy
1. Proven experience in retail pharmacy management or leadership
2. Experience with Fred Classic and POS Master point‐of‐sale)
Strong business acumen with a passion for customer service
3. Excellent communication and team leadership skills
