You will be working alongside a fast moving, hard working, innovative and energetic team of young people that are leading a wave of change in the way rural stores sell fencing hardware throughout Australia.
This role will involve extensive travel throughout southern half of NSW, with 2-3 days of on-road face-to-face selling per week, field days and industry conferences.
This is a strenuous but rewarding role that will suit a younger candidate looking to increase their experience and their remuneration while gaining Territory management credentials with a leading rural brand.
The candidate will be responsible for maintaining and expanding relationships with existing customers, as well as developing new business opportunities.
A readiness and courage to take on new methods and align themselves with Rotech's brand strategy and the company values will be the deciding factors for the successful candidate.
