About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a Registered Nurse or Enrolled Nurse to work as a Care Coordinator in a community setting. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional client-focused care, working autonomously and collaboratively with other healthcare professionals.
Key Responsibilities
* Interpreting health policies and regulations to ensure compliance and quality care
* Managing caregiver management systems, including Visual Care and policies & procedures
* Liaising with accounts department for proper billing and financial management
* Ensuring OH&S regulations are met and best practices are followed
