We're looking for an Employee Experience Officer to support the delivery of meaningful initiatives across wellbeing, engagement, culture and inclusion. Key Responsibilities
* Coordinating employee events, forums and engagement activities
* Drafting and publishing internal communications and intranet content
* Supporting wellbeing, engagement and DEI initiatives
* Managing calendars, trackers, records and program documentation
* Providing responsive support to employee enquiries
* Working closely with stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery of initiatives
About you
* Relevant qualifications in business administration, communications, human resources, event management or a related discipline are desirable but not essential
* Strong administration and coordination skills
* Excellent written communication (clear, professional, engaging)
* Experience supporting events, programs or internal initiatives
* High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
* Confidence using tools like Microsoft Office and SharePoint
* A collaborative mindset and a "can-do" attitude
Salary
The salary and conditions for this position will be as per the Coliban Water Enterprise Agreement 2021 Band 3 $74,200 - $90,097 plus superannuation salary range will be offered to the successful candidate commensurate with their skills and experience.
