We're partnering with a national accounting firm with a strong international network to find an Intermediate Tax & Business Services Accountant for their Central Queensland office. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with rural and regional clients while gaining exposure to national and global expertise.
The Role:
* Support managers and partners across a diverse client portfolio, delivering accounting, tax, and advisory services
* Prepare financial statements, tax returns, BAS/IAS and assist with month‐end processes
* Conduct financial analysis and contribute to business advisory projects
* Build strong client relationships with a focus on rural and regional clients
* Travel regionally to meet clients and attend community events
* Collaborate within a high‐performing team and the wider national/international network
* Contribute to a positive, supportive office culture
About You:
* 1–3 years' experience in an Australian public practice accounting firm
* CA or CPA-qualified, or near completion
* Strong interest in the agriculture and rural business sector
* Excellent attention to detail and a client‐centric approach
* Collaborative, proactive and eager to learn
