Administration Assistant – Goulburn

Personal Support Solutions is a registered NDIS Support Coordination provider committed to ethical practice, participant‑centred support, and operational excellence. We are seeking a capable and organised Administration Assistant to support our Goulburn office during a busy period, with the possibility of continuing in an ongoing role after the initial 6‑week contract.
Key Responsibilities
• Front‑of‑house duties including greeting visitors and responding to phone and email enquiries
• NDIS experience
• Preparing documents, correspondence, and basic reports
• Maintaining organised digital and physical filing systems
• Assisting with office coordination, supplies, and general administrative tasks
• Providing responsive support to the Support Coordination team as required
About You
You will thrive in this role if you are:
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
• Confident using Microsoft Office, Excel MYP and digital systems
• Professional, friendly, and able to communicate clearly
• Able to manage competing priorities in a fast‑paced environment
• Comfortable working ias part of a small team
• Committed to confidentiality, ethical practice, and quality service
Experience in disability services, community services, and NDIS environments is valued but not essential.
Location and Hours
• Based in our Goulburn office
• Temporary 6‑week contract, with the opportunity for ongoing employment based on performance and organisational needs
• Monday to Friday 9am - 4pm
