Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced nurse to provide high-quality care for a client living with complex disabilities, including tracheostomy, tracheal ventilation, bulbar dysfunction, catheterisation, quadriplegia, and manual handling.
About the Role
The ideal candidate will deliver support care to clients with high complexity of disability, supporting clients and families dealing with clinical care needs, undertaking regular review and evaluation of client care and service plans.
Responsibilities
1. Deliver support care to clients with high complexity of disability.
2. Support clients and families dealing with clinical care needs.
3. Undertake regular review and evaluation of client care and service plans.
4. Evaluate client care plans in consultation with other staff, clients, families, GPs, and other health professionals.
5. Maintain accuracy of long-term care plans.
6. Provide medication management as required.
