The Opportunity
Our client is seeking a Senior Associate level lawyer to join its highly rated and focused in-house. Led by an astute General Counsel, and working closely with smart and successful executives including lawyers who have moved off into the business, this role is more than just a resource to the business - you will play a key part it its ongoing achievement over time.
The role
A broadly commercial role, this position will enable you to use your established corporate and commercial skills across a range of areas, and to continue to hone your legal skills as you develop. It will include significant contract negotiations, transactions, projects, investments and financings, risk and governance.
The person we seek
Our client is interested in hearing from commercially minded lawyers who enjoy applying their sharp legal skills in a commercial manner, who can turn their mind to a range of issues, have an eye for detail and analysis.
