Classification: Administration Officer Level 4

Employment Type: Exempt Full Time for a period up to December 2026 (extension available for high performing staff)

Remuneration: Salary relative to experience and ranges from $75,176.80 to $76,897.65 per annum plus 12% superannuation

Hours per week: 38

Location: Preferred location either St. Leonards or Charlestown, however other NSW Health locations can be considered – flexible hybrid working, with regular scheduled time in the office each week

About the opportunity

As an Employee Services Officer with HealthShare NSW, you will play a vital frontline role in delivering efficient, accurate and customer‐focused employee transactional services across the organisation.

In this administration-focused role, there is a strong emphasis on the accurate and timely processing of employee transactions, ensuring data integrity and compliance across all activities. We have opportunities based across many different areas that support the full employee lifecycle, including:

* Payroll
* Onboarding transactions
* Recruitment transactions

Working within a dynamic, high‐volume environment, you will contribute to the seamless delivery of end‐to‐end workforce transactions that support our people at every stage of their employment. This position offers the opportunity to work flexibly across different functional areas to meet business needs while maintaining a high standard of precision and attention to detail.

You will be responsible for processing transactions with a high level of accuracy, validating employee information, maintaining data integrity, and preparing system reports to ensure compliance with awards, policies, and legislative requirements.

This role offers the opportunity to build capability across multiple service streams, with training and exposure to different areas over time.

As part of a collaborative team, you will help deliver consistent, high‐quality service while building strong relationships with staff, managers, and stakeholders. Your customer‐focused approach will ensure you provide clear, responsive support and contribute to a positive and solutions‐driven service culture.
