About the role
We are currently looking to recruit a Reliability Engineer: Maintenance who will play a critical role in ensuring the continuous operation of our site by improving the reliability, efficiency and safety of our assets. You will work with our maintenance team and support the maintenance and enhancement of equipment performance, ensuring that our operations run smoothly, and downtime is minimized.
This position is offered on 8 days on 6 days off FIFO, DIDO or local hire basis.
The key responsibilities of the role will include but are not limited to:
* Develop and implement reliability-centred maintenance strategies.
* Analyse and report on equipment performance, providing recommendations for improvement.
* Collaborate with all team members to identify and resolve any reliability issues or concerns.
* Monitor predictive maintenance programs to ensure optimal performance.
* Provide technical support to the maintenance team as required.
About You
* Tertiary Qualifications in Mechanical or Reliability Engineering, or similar.
* Minimum 3 years' experience with fixed plant, mobile plant or heavy industry equipment.
* A high level of planning and problem-solving ability.
* Strong analytical skills, including the ability to analyse performance data and drive improvements.
* High level written and oral communications.
* Valid WA driver's licence.
* Capacity to adapt in dynamic operational environment.
