We are seeking a seasoned Site Development Manager to oversee residential site development in Melbourne.
* Maintain accurate records of project progress, invoices, and programs.
* Conduct daily site inspections to monitor progress and identify potential issues.
* Develop and maintain relationships with contractors and suppliers to achieve optimal results.
* Audit, promote, and maintain safe work practices and quality control.
The successful candidate will have a proven ability in interpreting building plans, engineers' reports, and specifications. They will also possess IT savvy skills and demonstrated experience in construction management.
