About the Role
The Business Officer - Operations will assist Disability Operational teams with financial and general administrative tasks. This includes completing financial assessments, initiating contractual arrangements, and ensuring data is accurate and compliant.
Key accountabilities include reporting, billing, and administration. The successful candidate will impact the provision of support within each participant's budget, ensuring exceptional outcomes.
About You
* Relevant qualification or equivalent experience in administration/business management
* Highly developed ICT literacy and competency in MS Office products
* Proven experience in Excel, including formula development and pivot tables
* Ability to work through complex billing structures
* Well-developed interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
* Demonstrated ability to set priorities, manage time, and meet deadlines
* Able to deliver effective service within defined budgetary constraints
