The Health Business Systems Branch delivers and operationally manages a suite of D365 business applications in the Department of Health. The D365 platform is a strategic delivery platform for better collaboration, resource optimization and to deliver integrated solutions.

The HBS delivery teams are structured into an Agile Solutions Train with three operational Agile Release Trains (ARTs) and multiple scrum teams operating in a DevOps model within the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe). HBS is moving toward a capacity-based, capability-funded model to leverage the productivity perks of SAFe. In the DevOps model, delivery and operational responsibility are assigned within scrum teams.

As a Microsoft Dynamics CRM/Power Platform Specialist and/or Dynamics CRM Portal Specialist, you will help design, develop, implement and support the required Dynamics 365 business solutions as a member of the Agile project team and, under direction, work with the business areas, project manager, business analysts and testers to deliver the required solutions.

As a Microsoft Dynamics CRM Specialist and/or Dynamics CRM Portal Specialist, you will work as part of a highly motivated and cohesive team using agile approaches to design, develop, implement, and support Dynamics CRM online business solutions.

The team delivers and operationally manages a suite of D365 business applications in the Department of Health. The D365 platform is a strategic delivery platform and Health has consolidated D365 program capability across the department to a program delivery model for better collaboration, resource optimization and integrated solutions.

Responsibilities

- Deliver and support Dynamics 365 (CRM, Portal, Azure) solutions aligned to business requirements and approved designs.
- Review requirements / user stories and provide solution designs, including options analysis when multiple viable solutions exist.
- Develop Dynamics CRM-based solutions in accordance with the agreed design to meet business requirements.
- Develop solution documentation and configuration/code comments; participate in peer solution/code reviews.
- Prepare release, deployment, and implementation documentation; work within a DevOps framework to support deployed solutions.

Essential skills and experience

- Minimum of 3 years experience with the design, development and implementation of Microsoft Dynamics CRM business solutions.
- Demonstrated experience with current versions of Microsoft Dynamics D365 Online CRM.
- Demonstrated experience and high competency with Custom workflow assembly development.
- Demonstrated experience and high competency with CRM form programming (JavaScript).
- Demonstrated experience and high competency with Custom page integration.
- A strong background in .NET development (C#, web services).
- Experience with TFS or other version control products for Dynamics CRM solution development and implementation.
- Relevant IT qualifications/certifications; knowledge and experience in agile delivery.

Desirable skills and experience

- Experience with development and implementation of CRM Portal solutions and/or ADX Portals.
- 5+ years experience designing and developing Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions.
- Experience in design, development and implementation of SSRS Reports for Dynamics.
- Experience with the Dynamics 365 App for Outlook (or Dynamics 365 for Outlook CRM plugin).
- Experience with integration of D365 with other Azure applications and on-premises applications.
- Experience migrating Dynamics On-premises solutions to Microsoft Azure.
- Two or more years of relevant experience in Power Platform including Microsoft 365 Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Platform Development and Support.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with clients professionally; ability to work cohesively in a team using Agile methods; collaborative approach.

Selection criteria

1. Hands-on experience on D365 or Power Apps Portal development or Azure integration services in the last 3 years (60%).
2. Experience of Enterprise Application Development in the last 3 years (20%).
3. Experience working in Agile Teams (20%).
