We seek a driven and strategic individual to expand our commercial client base through identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with key stakeholders, and securing long-term maintenance contracts.
About the Role
* Develop and pursue high-value commercial leads and opportunities
* Nurture professional relationships with facility managers and property groups
* Create and submit compelling proposals and tenders
* Represent us at industry events
* Analyze and report sales pipeline activity
* Collaborate with the operations team for seamless client onboarding
Key Requirements
* Proven experience in B2B sales or business development (ideally in facilities, landscaping, or construction)
* A strong network across property groups, FM firms, or councils
* A self-starter with a hunger to chase and close deals
* Excellent communication, proposal writing, and presentation skills
* Understanding of service-based contracts and client retention strategies
* A valid driver's license
