Our Perth boutique is seeking a passionate and experienced Full Time Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. In this role, you'll represent one of Australia's most prestigious luxury brands, offering an exceptional experience to clients through our exquisite collection of handcrafted jewellery and renowned Swiss timepieces. Role
Key responsibilities include:
* Deliver an exceptional, personalised client experience that reflects the prestige of Hardy Brothers.
* Represent the brand with professionalism and deep knowledge of fine jewellery and luxury timepieces.
* Achieve sales targets through relationship-driven service and expert product presentation.
* Maintain immaculate visual merchandising and boutique presentation standards.
* Assist with stock handling, inventory management, and daily store operations.
* Build and nurture long-term client relationships through effective clienteling and follow-up.
About you
To succeed in this role, you should possess the following qualities:
* You have previous experience in luxury retail, preferably in fine jewellery or timepieces.
* You're passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and creating lasting client relationships.
* You have a polished and professional demeanour, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* You're confident working towards sales targets and thrive in a team-driven environment.
* You bring a keen eye for detail and an appreciation for quality, craftsmanship, and heritage.
* You're flexible with availability, including weekends and peak trading periods.
* A genuine passion for the Hardy Brothers brand.
* We encourage candidates with bilingual capability and/or qualifications or prior recognised training in relation to the role to apply.
