Responsibilities
• Communicate with clients to confirm and understand their requirements
• Offer basic technical support to clients when required
• Conduct customer satisfaction surveys
• Assist in maintaining good customer relationships
• Carry out ad-hoc tasks assigned by the Business Manager or Team Leader
Requirements
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and other office software
• Detail-oriented with strong time management and task prioritization skills
• Must have legal working rights in Australia (citizen or permanent resident)
• Adapt to a fast-paced work environment
• Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
