Overview
Band 6 Community Psychiatric Nurse – Early Intervention Team – Location: Croydon, London (UK); Pay: £27 per hour; Contract: 3-month locum; Hours: Full-time
Responsibilities
* Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments for individuals referred to the Early Intervention Team
* Develop, implement, and review personalised care plans in collaboration with multidisciplinary colleagues
* Provide psychoeducation to service users and their families to support understanding and recovery
* Monitor clinical progress and adapt interventions as required
* Facilitate group therapy sessions and structured workshops
* Liaise with GPs, mental health professionals, and community services to ensure integrated care pathways
* Maintain accurate, timely, and high-quality clinical documentation in line with professional standards
