National Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities:
* Manage a team of Territory and Key Account Managers to drive revenue growth.
* Develop and execute national sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
* Build strong relationships with key clients, consultants, contractors and distributors.
* Collaborate closely with marketing, product and service departments to ensure alignment.
* Provide market insights and competitor analysis to inform strategic planning.
* Implement performance metrics and reporting systems to measure team success.
* Represent the company at major trade shows, industry events and partner meetings.
Requirements:
* Proven leadership experience in national sales or regional sales management.
* Strong background in technical B2B solution sales such as pumps, fluid handling or engineered equipment.
* Demonstrated success in building and executing national growth strategies.
* Exceptional stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
* A commercial mindset with a customer-centric approach.
* Ability to travel nationally as required.
