Due to continued growth in our skilled fabrication workload, we are creating a new Night Shift Boilermaker position within our workshop. This role is offered on an ongoing basis with full-time hours and possible overtime.
About the role
Working night shift in our modern fabrication workshop, you'll be responsible for the manufacture and assembly of structural steel to detailed drawings, maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and productivity.
Night shift loading of 30% applies, in addition to base rates and the possibility of overtime.
Key responsibilities include:
* Structural steel fabrication and assembly
* MIG welding to a high standard
* Reading and interpreting workshop drawings
* Working safely and efficiently in a night shift environment
* Maintaining quality workmanship and meeting production targets
What we're looking for
* Trade qualified Boilermaker or experience welders
* Experience in structural steel fabrication
* Strong MIG welding skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* High attention to detail and pride in your work
* Reliability and willingness to work night shift
