We celebrate our history while allowing our brands to express themselves in contemporary, relevant, and authentic ways.We have an exciting opportunity for two experienced Sales Managers to join our flagship David Jones Bourke Street store, overseeing Womenswear and Menswear across Sportscraft, SABA & JAG.About the RoleReporting to the Concession Manager, this role is responsible for driving sales and productivity across all brands and pads, while leading a large team in one of our busiest stores.
You'll play a key role in rostering, team management, store presentation, and customer experience to deliver outstanding results in a premium environment.Roster Patterns:Role 1: Tuesday â Saturday (Sunday & Monday off)Role 2: Sunday â Thursday (Friday & Saturday off)About YouMinimum 2 years' retail management experience in premium or high-volume retail, ideally within a flagship store.Strong people leadership skills with proven experience coaching and motivating teams to success.Demonstrated ability toroster for productivity and manage staffing levels effectively.Track record of driving store performance, achieving sales targets and KPIs.Visual Merchandising (VM) experience is an advantage, but not essential.Results-driven with strong analytical, problem-solving, and organisational skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.A love for fashion with a polished sense of personal style and presentation.Flexible and resilient in responding to changing demands.ResponsibilitiesLead, coach, and motivate a large team to deliver results.Drive sales across all concession pads and ensure team KPIs are met.Build effective rosters to optimise productivity and coverage.Oversee VM execution to ensure all pads are merchandised to brand standards.Monitor top sellers, manage stock levels, and implement new initiatives.Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.Develop strong relationships with David Jones store and floor management teams.Where do I sign?
