We are seeking a skilled and experienced partnerships professional to lead our high-value brand relationships for key projects. As a Partnership Manager, you will be responsible for securing, leading, and nurturing these relationships to drive growth and cultural impact.
Key Responsibilities:
* Own client partnerships end-to-end, ensuring excellence in delivery while identifying new pathways for collaboration and growth.
* Build and develop relationships with senior partnership stakeholders and decision makers.
* Lead day-to-day relationship management for key partners across sport, entertainment, fashion, tech, and culture.
* Identify collaboration opportunities that deepen partner relationships and expand ours/our clients footprint.
* Oversee partnership roadmaps, annual calendars, workstreams, and strategic milestones.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
* 5-7 years of experience in partnerships, brand strategy, experiential, or cultural marketing.
* A proven track record of building strong relationships with senior stakeholders and driving business growth.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence and advise at all levels.
* A deep understanding of the sports, entertainment, fashion, tech, and culture industries, and the ability to identify opportunities for collaboration and growth.
