Job Description
Key responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
Collaborating with the team to ensure timely preparation of weekly/monthly management reporting including insightful analysis on business performance.
Ensure compliance with direct and indirect tax and other statutory requirements including preparing the various returns.
Assisting the business analyst function with respect to data analytics and reporting tools.
Review of monthly and annual payroll related returns including payroll tax and workers compensation.
Maintain the group's fixed asset and capital expenditure registers.
Reporting and monitoring of trade receivables including leading a weekly aged receivables review with the various business teams.
Maintaining balance sheet reconciliations.
Act as a leader in driving team performance in meeting the Group's service delivery requirements.
Desired Skills and Experience
A minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role.
Recognised and demonstrated skillset in business analytics, including ability to utilise and develop data analytic tools.
Relevant tertiary qualification in Business or a related discipline and CA/CPA qualified.
Experience in the Agri/Hort or FMCG is highly regarded.
Experience in a multifaceted, fast paced environment, supporting the decision-making process and able to manage multiple priorities.
Proven ability to be adaptable and proactive.
Capable of establishing and nurturing effective stakeholder relationships both internally and externally.
Experience using a range of ERPs / business applications.
A ble to work remotely and ability to function independently as required.
