Mackay, QLD | Full-Time | On-Site Role
We are a growing transportable building and construction company delivering end-to-end projects across Queensland.
Due to continued growth, we are seeking a Site Administrator to support our Mackay operations.
This is a hands-on role working closely with project managers, site teams, and leadership to support projects from pre-contract through to delivery.
About the Role
You will manage project and operational administration to ensure smooth, efficient delivery.
Requirements
* On-site (min. 4 days/week)
* Full-time position
* Able to work in a fast-paced environment
Key Responsibilities
* End-to-end project administration
* Manage documentation, approvals, variations, and compliance
* Support financial and commercial admin
* Maintain systems and reporting
* Coordinate across site, office, and project teams
* Assist with process improvements
Systems
* AroFlo
* Xero
You will also support the rollout of a new integrated system, including implementation and team adoption.
About You
* Experience in project/admin roles (construction preferred)
* Strong organisation and multitasking skills
* Confident with systems and processes
* Practical, solutions-focused mindset
* Adaptable in a fast-moving environment
Tertiary qualifications are not required— experience and attitude matter most.
