Front Office Team Lead
This is an exciting opportunity to take on a leadership role within our Front Office team.
As a Team Lead, you will be responsible for supervising and supporting guest arrivals, departures, and the overall guest experience. You will also liaise with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
You will coach, mentor, and inspire your team to excel in their roles. This includes assisting in driving financial performance by managing budgets, rostering, forecasting, and upselling.
Additionally, you will be responsible for coordinating and supporting valet parking services. Your primary focus will be on the health and safety of all patrons, guests, and staff members.
* Supervise and support front desk operations, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
* Liaise with other departments to facilitate smooth communication and workflow.
* Mentor and develop team members to achieve their full potential.
* Assist in managing hotel revenue through effective budgeting, forecasting, and upselling strategies.
* Coordinate valet parking services to enhance the guest experience.
* Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and policies.
Requirements
* A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role within the hotel industry.
* Diploma in Hospitality Management or Business Administration preferred.
* Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
* Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
* Strong knowledge of Opera Cloud PMS.
* Current RSA Certificate and First Aid qualification, or willingness to obtain.
* Full Australian or International Driver's Licence (manual licence viewed favourably).
