Employment type
Permanent: Full-Time & Part Time - 30 hours per week. Onsite opportunities with secure employment.
Hours and roster
Rotating roster: Monday to Friday from 8am to 8pm, and Saturdays 9am to 5pm. (38 hours over 5 days)
Compensation
$28.12 per hour + 12% super + penalty rates, with a quarterly performance incentive scheme.
Training
Comprehensive training: 3 weeks of full-time paid training to set you up for success.
Key responsibilities
- Customer Engagement: Be the first point of contact, providing exceptional service across calls, emails, and social media.
