Role Description
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented CSO to support our team to ensure an exceptional experience for our clients. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to continue their career in the financial services industry, with potential for future development.
As a CSO you'll be an essential part of the team, helping our financial advisors deliver excellent service. You'll provide administrative support and assist with client communication, collaborating with the advice team to ensure seamless service delivery.
The role is full-time, based in Canberra, with a potential for part-time for the right candidate.
Role and Responsibilities
Provide general administrative support to Financial Advisers, Advice Manager & Senior Paraplanner.
Ensure client relationships are maintained via high levels of service and appropriate and timely communication
Maintain client database to ensure the information is accurate and complete
Prepare and process client documentation, including forms and compliance paperwork
Implementation of advice and actioning recommended strategies across various platforms and products
Action items from client meetings are undertaken in a timely and complete manner
Skills & Experience
3+ years experience in the industry is preferred
Experience in an administrative or client services role (experience in financial services industry will be highly regarded)
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks
Clear and professional communication skills - written and verbal
Attention to detail and accuracy is a must
Knowledge of advice implementation and compliance processes for financial services highly regarded
Comfortable using Microsoft Office and learning new systems (CRM experience via Advisor Logic and/or Xplan is a bonus)
Ability to work both independently and operate well within a partially remote team
A keen interest in financial services and a desire to grow in the industry
