Key Responsibilities:
* Support clients to restore wellbeing, achieve goals, and return to work or life following injury or illness
* Complete assessments and deliver personalized, evidence-based exercise programs in various settings
* Develop, implement, and monitor client-centered plans tailored to individual goals
* Deliver services aligned with clinical frameworks, focusing on evidence-based care and outcomes
* Address barriers to recovery holistically, supporting return to function and engagement
* Collaborate with other health professionals, insurers, and support networks
Requirements:
* Current ESSA membership as an Accredited Exercise Physiologist
* Driver's license and reliable vehicle
* Initiative, excellent communication, and a passion for helping others
* Collaborative mindset and willingness to learn
* New graduates welcome with structured onboarding and professional development
* SIRA Allied Health Practitioner number (preferred but not essential)
