About The Role
* Capable of managing the tender process from start to finish
* Must be able to measure effectively
* Be responsible for take offs and negotiating with subcontractors
* Receive support from directors of the business
* Develop relationships with clients and key stake-holders
Your Background
* 4-5+ years industry experience, in the commercial or ideally Industrial spaces
* Main Contractor experience is a must
* Understand current rates and costs in the commercial environment
* Ability to communicate with sub-contractors and suppliers
* Eye for detail with take-offs etc
* Technical know-how to develop costings from various levels of documentation
