Overview:
The Senior Administrative Assistant is responsible for working with and supporting Project Administrative requirements. This will involve partnering with different departments such as Payroll, HR & Operations to address their administrative needs. The Sr Administrative Asst will work closely with the PMT & various department leads. This position is a support role focused on providing hands on administrative assistance to the project.

**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for Payroll support which can include Daily timesheet entries of salary, wages, and subcontractors
- Liaise with Payroll Services and close out queries as soon as possible
- Payroll Data Entry
- Coordinate Travel and Accommodation booking through INX + platform
- Assisting with HSE Reporting when required.
- Supporting the HR Function with Data entry
- Assist recruitment team during manning periods and provide admin assistance when requested
- Running inductions
- Updating training Matrix
- Coordinate meetings, safety briefings, and toolbox talks; prepare and distribute minutes.
- Organize events and team building activities.
- Ad hoc duties for the Project as required.
- Accurately maintains employee files/records
- Support both office and field personnel. Remote support for project sites as well.
- Perform other duties assigned as needed.

Local Requirements:

- This role is based in the Kwinana office. However regular adhoc travel to site will be required.
- Camp facility acocmodation is provided when on site
- Construction Industry White Card required

Qualifications:

- Experience working FIFO or supporting the mobilisation of personnel to remote locations
- All applicants must be able to complete pre-employment onboarding requirements (if selected) which may include any/all of the following, verification of competencies, drug & alcohol screen, VEVO.
- Microsoft Office Suite, PeopleSoft experience preferred
- INX experience is highly desirable
- C Class Driver's License
- Experience in the construction industry would be an advantage
- Previous administration experience in busy work environment is desirable
