We deliver radiology studies to patients and doctors across Australia and internationally. Over 15 million a year and climbing. Keeping that running smoothly, and scaling it, is what this role is about.
This is not a process management role. You won't be shuffling reports and sitting in status meetings. You'll own operational efficiency across the whole business, directly leading our Support and HR/Regulatory teams, and holding accountability for how we onboard customers, how we deliver, and where we're losing margin.
Some of those teams won't report to you. You'll need to influence them anyway. That's the job.
We're looking for someone who has done this before in a SaaS or healthtech environment, knows what good looks like, and isn't afraid to get into the detail to fix what's broken.
Based in Melbourne. Reporting directly to the CEO.
