With a focus on collaboration and support, we bring out the best in each other Prepare a range of dishes in a high-volume production setting Follow recipes for menu preparation, ensuring adherence to cooking guidelines and standards Execute food preparation tasks, showcasing expertise in food presentation Maintain consistent cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen area Ensure HACCP and WHS compliance, displaying a strong commitment to meeting Food Safety standards including conducting temperature and quality checks and effectively managing cross-contamination Previous experience as a Commis Chef is required and proven experience in an a' la carte restaurant or function service is preferred Solid background in kitchen operations Minimum Level 3 Certificate in Commercial Cookery and a Food Safety certificate, or willing to obtain at onboarding A passion for food and creative flair Demonstrated track record meeting financial targets for food and labor costs
