Job Title: Public Art Program Coordinator

This role plays a vital part in enhancing the city's success by overseeing the development, coordination, and administration of the public art program.

* The ideal candidate will possess a degree in industrial design, architecture, landscape architecture, engineering, building, project management, visual arts, or business administration.


About the Role

The position involves managing all aspects of the public art program, including strategy development, financial coordination, project management, and communications.

* Key responsibilities include:
o Managing the public art collection, including asset maintenance and cleansing.
o Fostering liaison between the council and arts and cultural organizations.


Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

* A degree in a relevant field or substantial experience working on public art projects.
* At least 3 years of relevant experience.
* A current Class C Driver Licence and a Tasmanian Working with Vulnerable People Card.
