In this role, you will: Champion a customer-first culture, ensuring your team consistently delivers outstanding service. Be a visible presence on the shop floor, motivating your team and driving engagement. Build and maintain a high-performing workforce, supporting development and growth. Oversee compliance, safety standards, and operational excellence across all stores. Manage rosters, stock replenishment, and merchandising to maintain brand standards. This role requires flexibility, including early starts, late nights, weekends, and public holidays, as part of a rotating leadership schedule. What You’ll Bring To succeed in this role, you will bring: A minimum of 5 years’ management experience in fast-paced retail. Strong leadership, mentoring, and team development skills. Proven experience managing stock, merchandising, and operational compliance. Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities. A track record of achieving KPIs and driving business results.
