We are seeking a Receptionist to join our team on a short-term contract.

This front-of-house role is perfect for someone who enjoys variety in their day and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role, strong communication skills, excellent organisational and multitasking skills, and ability to work independently and take initiative.


Key Responsibilities

* Manage incoming phone calls and triage enquiries appropriately
* Welcome and assist all visitors, clients, and contractors on site
* Maintain a professional and friendly front desk presence
* Oversee mailbox duties including sorting and distributing mail
* Assist with coding of incoming invoices


About You

* Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role
* Strong, friendly and confident communication style
* Excellent organisational and multitasking skills
* Ability to work independently and take the initiative
