This is your chance to help lay the foundations and deliver real-world impact from day one, as a Senior AI Engineer.We’re looking for someone to:* Lead the design, development, and deployment of AI/ML models to solve real-world business problems across the Reece ecosystem.* Collaborate with data engineers, product managers, and domain experts to identify opportunities for AI-driven solutions.* Evaluate and implement machine learning algorithms for tasks such as forecasting, anomaly detection, recommendation systems, and NLP.* Enable AI and ML knowledge and capability across the team and wider business* Support the ethical and responsible use of AI, ensuring transparency, fairness, and compliance with data governance standards.**About you**The skills and experience that would fit well in this role are:* Proven experience in developing and deploying machine learning and AI models in production environments.* Experience with MLOps tools and practices (e.g., MLflow, Kubeflow, CI/CD for ML).* Hands-on experience with LLM and agent frameworks (e.g., LangGraph, ADK)* Proficiency in Python and ML libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, or similar.* Strong understanding of data engineering principles, including ETL/ELT, data warehousing, and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Databricks, GCP, Snowflake).* Experience working with Amazon Bedrock, Databricks, Kubernetes or n8n would be favourable.* Ability to translate business problems into technical solutions with measurable impact.* Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a growth mindset and a passion for innovation.* Happy to challenge established ways of doing business to ensure that we continue to improve and evolve our ways of working**If this sounds like you, apply now!**Reece is more than a workplace—it’s where your passion meets purpose.
