About the role
As the successful applicant, the Solar Labourer will support our lead electrician in installing solar systems on residential roofs throughout Canberra and NSW.
Responsibilities
* Assisting with installation of solar panels and other system components
* Performing general labour tasks incl. lifting, carrying, and moving equipment
* Maintaining tools and equipment in good working condition.
* Ensuring work sites are kept organised & safe
* Adhering to OH&S regulations and procedures.
* (You will typically work in a team of 3, but we also do commercials which would mean a larger team.)
About you
To be successful in this role, you will need the following:
Qualifications
* Full Australian working rights essential
* Solar installation experience highly preferred
* Proven ability to work unsupervised
* Working at Heights license preferred .
