Job Description
We are seeking an Administrative Support Professional to provide direct support to the Finance Manager and CEO.
* General Office Administration duties, including Clerical work, Correspondence and Data Management
* Accounts Payable and Receivable functions, ensuring timely Invoicing and Reconciliation
* Maintenance of accounting software and Filing systems
* Weekly and Monthly reporting for key Performance Indicators
The ideal candidate will have experience with MYOB, be highly organised and punctual, and possess strong Excel skills. They must also have excellent Verbal and Written Communication skills, as well as the ability to Prioritise tasks effectively.
