Job Opportunity:

We are seeking an exceptional Administrative Coordinator to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing print room operations, ensuring efficient and cost-effective delivery of services.

* Printroom Responsibilities:
o Monitor and manage the Printroom inbox and action incoming requests.
o Attend to all photocopying, binding, scanning, and collating requests.
o Fully stock photocopiers and printers daily and maintain supplies.
o Order stationery in consultation with management.
o Maintain Printroom equipment and ensure the area is tidy and organized.
o Arrange service calls for printers and copiers as needed.
* Archiving/Destruction Responsibilities:
o Handle archiving duties including retrieval requests and return archived items to storage.
o Assist with the destruction of archived files.
* Safe Custody Responsibilities:
* Office Services, Outside Clerk, and Administrative Tasks:
o Process and deliver incoming and outgoing mail.
o Assist with office moves and ancillary tasks.
o Manage recycling bins and coordinate with suppliers.
o Maintain a clean kitchen, including dishwashing and cleaning coffee machines.
o Support departments with file openings and closures.
o Attend Court or government departments to lodge or file documents when required.
o Handle deliveries and support project work as directed.
o Perform other assigned duties by management.
* Reception Responsibilities:
o Operate switchboard, manage reception area, greet clients, notify staff of arrivals, and ensure meeting rooms are tidy.
o Make coffees and manage the reception inbox and courier orders.

Essential Skills:

* Excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
* Strong organizational and time management skills.
* Meticulous attention to detail.
* Problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
* Ability to work collaboratively and build positive relationships.
* Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
* Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
* Experience in a similar role is preferred.
